3. Do your frames come with lenses?
Our optical-grade frames come with demo lenses (placeholders) that your optician can replace with your prescription. Casual-wear frames come with non-prescription fashion lenses.

4. How do I know which size fits me?
We list measurements on each product page (lens width, bridge, arm length). If you already own glasses, just compare the numbers printed inside your current frame!

5. Can I put my prescription in casual-wear frames?
Nope—those frames aren’t designed for prescription lenses. If you need prescription eyewear, choose from our optical-grade selection.

6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide! Shipping options and times will be shown at checkout.

7. What’s your return policy?
If your frames don’t fit your vibe, no worries—you can return or exchange within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.
