Care Tips

Treat your frames like a precious piece of jewelry—handle them with care and intention.

Avoid contact with hair products, sweat, salt water, alcohol, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or alter the texture.

To keep them in top condition, wash gently with warm water and mild soap only. Dry with a soft cloth.
Warranty
Our optical grade frames come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects.

Manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., faulty hinges & defective soldering).

Structural issues that occur under normal use (not customer misuse).

Defects in acetate (e.g. acetate splitting between two colors)
However, the following are not covered:

Cracks or damage from chemicals

Warping from excessive heat

Rust build-up
-
Texture changes from sweat, salt, or chemical exposure

Damage caused by improper wear or storage

Lenses coming out of the frame

Damage caused after lenses have been removed from the frame
