30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on Frames
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all frame eyewear purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, whether for a refund or an exchange. Refunds will cover the initial cost of the frame and the original shipping charge once the returned item is received and inspected.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our Returns Team at info@woowzers.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Photo evidence may be required for verification and quality control purposes.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All of our glasses, including our casual wear frames, are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues such as rust buildup, accidental damage, or misuse.
Prescription Lenses
Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, we cannot accept returns once lenses have been fitted. However, if there is an issue with your prescription, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include lens adjustments or a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our Returns Team at info@woowzers.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number, which must be included with your return shipment. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
